How to prepare

The basic training of moving and selecting a position requires the goalkeeper to always be aware of his position as the attacker shoots. 

Goalkeeper also need to training with defenders to select position.

I will show you the training of the goalkeeper and the defender in cooperate with the moving ball.

 As shown in the picture above, the goalkeeper is in the cutback blocking position, the defender is in the near of the goal area, and the attackers are in the cutback position and shooting positions.

 Pass the attacker to the nearest teammate and try to shoot.

The goalkeeper moves and take a set position, 

and defender reduces the shooting range(red line) of 

the attacker as shown the picture above.

If the defender tris to block the shooting range as shown 

in the picture above, it covers the view of the goalkeeper 

and expands the shooting range.

Pass the attacker to the far teammate and try to shoot.
